IoT - Major Real Estate Developer

New York, NY

Business Challenge

One of the largest developers in the world is building the city of the future at Hudson Yards in New York City.  As the nation’s largest private development, and one of the most complex construction projects in the history of New York, the technology needs were substantial, especially given the edict to develop and build the “engineered” city.

Given the size and complexities of this mega-project, the developer engaged the services of ixStrata to assist with the visioning, design and initial implementation of the technology platforms at Hudson Yards.

ixStrata Solution
